The baby-concerts

Music is everywhere. In elevators, restaurants, department stores. The question remains: how can we still listen, in this overwhelming musical jungle ? The secret lies in training the ear. This is nowadays more necessary than ever. The baby-concerts aim at this goal: they are musical shows dedicated to young audiences, from 1 year old. 

With "My first Mozart", which premiered at the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne (OCL) in 2021, budding spectators are joyfully guided by the mascots Framboise and Confiture. They meander through the unmissable melodies of Mozart's music during the 25 minutes of showtime, in a playful and gentle way. At the end of the performance, musicians and young audiences share a moment of discovery of the instruments.

The project "The four seasons of Framboise et Confiture", crafted in 2024, is a continuation of the baby-concert "My first Mozart". It is likewise for very young ears. With the warm welcome received by the public, the musicians and their mascots Confiture and Framboise, who experience musical adventures, set off to discover Vivaldi's music. With the Four Seasons and its catchy, dancing, melodious music, toddlers and their families are invited to enjoy these musical moments within the concert and, afterwards, they may explore all these musical instruments specially designed for them.
